India Post — Docket no. EM[protected]IN Not received

Respected sir/Madam

Good Day

My self Vikas Malik, Indos No.09NL4611, apply for SID at Noida MMD.All documentation like photo etc done on 26.06.2023.
but till now not received. Also checked on DG profile it's showing dispatched with Docketno.(screen shot as attached).

But till now not received via post.
Also checked with Docket no.(Screen shot as attached).But showing consignment details not found.

Pls help me out with this concern.
