India Post — I am complaitining about the fact that my parcel has not moved from the Delhi RSTMO Office since the last 10 days.

I had booked an order to be shipped from Faridabad to Switzerland on 16th April 2023. The parcel reahed the Delhi RS TMO office on 18th August 2023, and now has been there since the last 10 days. It has not moved ahead. I was assured that the parcel will reach before Rakhi, i.e. 31st August, but it has not moved from thsi office for the past 10 days
