Our grievance stands as follows.
1. Look at the attached snapshot of two speed post, one received today and another day before yesterday.
2. Both are found tempered, open and closed again with cello tape and stepping.
3. In spite of our repeated complaints and our suggestion which could obviously curb the corruption in your post department, and which could provide untempered Speed Post important letters to us, but was not care by India Post.
4. And by ignoring our valuable suggestion, you have allowed our important letters to be tempered against bribe by criminals in our Ameeta building society. It is India post legal liability to deliver all speed post articles to the addressee safely and untempered.
5. You're constraining us to take up the matter too the consumer court to make you pay heavy penalty and compensation for all the trauma and losses we have to suffer due to your negligence and deficiency you have shown by ignoring our valuable suggestion, under the consumer protection act 1986.
