[Resolved]  India Post — important courier not reached

Hi, This is regarding my courier packet containing my original educational ceartificates is still not delivered at respective below address 76 C BACK STREET, ST.MAARTEN NETHERLAND ANTILLES TEL[protected] Also i have been visiting malviya nagar post office from last 4 days but all your employees are unable to give the satisfied answer that " where actually this packet is gone"despite of giving written complaint they are making fool out of me by saying this entire process is very time taking which will at least take 15 days to provide the solution. After telling them many times this courier is having very important educational documents please at least try to find out the status they kept on saying the same thing that they are helpness now because this is very time taking process. Remember that packet was regarding my visa purpose and if it doesn't reach in next 3 days then my complete year will be spoiled because of your people and which i will not let it go like this. Also when i am trying to track the packet thru online on IPS web address that too is not updated after 12 May 2014 Please try to get the same delivered at the earliest n revert asap.
