Dear Post Office,
Please return my packet, its been four months now. First time ever i thought o[censored]sing IndiaPost for international delivery. But they disappoints me. Escalation doesn't help. No body picks up the phone. Going there multiple times wasted my time.
Never in my life came across such bad customer service. If this is India Postal Service then this is it i guess.

Is there some on related to Post dept that they may be stealing the packages during Transit.
