India Post — International shipment not received and India Post violating timelines

I have shipped my documents via EMS(latvia-Europe) to India on[protected] and got a tracking number "EA[protected]LV". It's been 12 days since I received any update. tracking has been stuck at "Item Bagged" from so many days. I don't know if I ever receive my package.

I opted for EMS as there were no private courier available at that time in latvia.

Totally disappointed with India post. I'm looking for help as these are really important documents and I don't want to lose them.
