[Resolved]  India Post — Items Stolen from Parcel

I have sent my parcel to my friend who is in Delhi by Speed Post on the occassion of her Birthday but the item was Stolen in between somewhere .Its very embarrassing to know that no one take care of one's valuable giftits consignment number is EE[protected]IN .the gift was an expensive pen which was stolen and empty box is kept in it to show the size of parcel.what the is problem with government officials who neglact such fruad with customer :( :(
