[Resolved] India Post — Loss of 20kg parcel India to Australia (Melbourne)

My parcel CP[protected]IN has not been delivered yet. It weighs 19.6kg, Postage Rs 9392, booked on 22-02-22 at Chandigarh GPO 160017. Its been almost 50 days now and today I get to know that my parcel has been lost. I don't understand that how could such a big parcel go missing and can't be located. I request India Post to investigate the matter, locate it thoroughly and arrange to deliver it its destination as soon as possible.

its been 2 months now that My parcel hasn't been delivered yet. I have neither received parcel nor favorable resolution.

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
