[Resolved]  India Post — Mail parcel delivered but not received the customer

Sir, my name shreya sarkar is customer of bank of baroda.
The BOB send me the debit card through India Post on 5 August, 2022. and the has been delivered, i also get delivery update, but still I didn't get my Debit Card parcel.
and the post office stuff was unable to show any delivery proof.
