This is regarding a parcel which is really important to me. It was sent by Speed Post and received at Amity University SO - Post Office in the last week. They called me to get that from the post office on Friday and when I told them to deliver at the address, they mentioned that their postman is not available. Being a corporate employee, we're often engaged with the tasks and don't have the time to get the parcel from the Post Office. On Monday, when I called it didn't connect. So, I tried calling on Tuesday. Now, they're telling we've sent the parcel back. Is this the way they should manage? This is literally Mental Harassment. That's a really important parcel to me and I can't afford to wait for it. Is only one call enough? They didn't even call me before sending it back. Now, they're not picking up my calls.
