India Post — Missing Speedpost

My Speed post is missing from last 8 days, ideally it should not take more than 2 days from bangalore to delhi but it has taken 8 days so far and still the status is undelivered. could you tell me who is responsible for this ir-responsive behavior. ? where is my speed post ? how can i get it back ? Please find the attachment for the status of the parcel. Please look into it as soon as possible. i have registered a comnplaint no. [protected] for this also but not got any reply from them. Numbers on India post are not reachable and email id are bouncing back as it is not valid. Manish
