India Post — No attempt to call the addressee

B-9 , Siddharth Campus , Gulmohar Colony , Bhopal

Sir,
I had been sent a parcel via a 2nd company . The address given to them was complete . It clearly stated House No. 9, beside xxx restaurant, Bhopal . There was no attempt to call me for delivering the package at my house .
I'd request to look into the matter .
