India Post — No update in parcel for a month now and not delivered

Indian post Tracking number: CU[protected]IN
My parcel was sent from India on 20th May 2022 from Fatehpur Uttar Pradesh. It was last updated on 25th May 2022 as Send receptacle abroad (Otb) from IGI TMO NEW DELHI.
Since then there is no update and the parcel is not delivered. I have contacted the Indian post and they say it has been sent last updated on 25th May.
Please investigate this and check where is the parcel stuck
