[Resolved] India Post — Non delivery of International Registered parcels | |||||
Hello India Post team, I have not received two International Registered Parcels from Japan bearing the tracking number given below 1) RR[protected]JP 2) RR[protected]JP. The parcels have entered India through CHENNAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE and were forwarded to BANGALORE SUB FGN POST. But the Bengaluru post office tell me that they have not yet received the parcels and had requested me to raise a complaint with India Post. The complaint numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively. I humbly request the Indian postal services to locate and deliver the parcels to me at the very earliest. I would be much grateful. Aug 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I called Bengaluru foreign post office on the number 080-22869993 and humbly requested to expedite the process of addressing my complaint.
After a week past by, my parcels were delivered to me.
Also, I understand the challenges and delays can happen when managing and coordinating such a large network of postal services across our vast country. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
