India Post — Non delivery of multiple speed post items sent by banks

I have following tracking numbers which are bound to my address
Mr. Kumar ravish,
Wz 94, om vihar phase ii, uttam nagar, delhi pin 110059

But they are not delivered, status shows delivery at dk mohan garden s. O on diifferent dates.. Instead of repeated request and visit at respective post office no one is giving information regarding the same plzzz look into the matter urgenly
