India Post — Non/incorrect delivery of registered mail

I sent a registered letter (RM[protected]IN) to "Smart Chip Pvt Ltd Sector-63 Noida (UP) Pin -201301" on 05 Oct 21. Track record shows that item has been delivered to addressee on 08 Dec 21. 2. However addressee is telling that item not received till to-date (09 Dec 21). 3. Plz check the record and send me the name of person to whom item has been handed over by postman. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 11, 2021 Updated by Lalji Pal Plz correct my above complain to read as follows:- "Track record shows that item has been delivered to addressee on 08 Oct 21"
