India Post — Package not yet received

This is for item with tracking number rd[protected]se. it arrived in india cleared customs as per tracking at chennai on 9th july. but then it was wrongly dispatched to vizag instead of bangalore!. last update was on 16th july with
16/07/2016 11:35:46 vishakhapatnam rms (crc) bag despatched to anna road sorting c (crc). after that no update. tried calling customer care numbers. no one picks up the phone.

If someone could contact the concerned post office and redirect the package to correct address would work.
