So, on 12th August 2022, I Booked Two Parcel From Mumbai to Salt Lake, Kolkata. On 17th August 2022 the Parcel was delivered to the Receiver Person and get a call from them, saying After opening the Parcel they fount that the Item which we send was missing i.e. Our product was Stolen by the Courier Person. So, I ran towards the Indian Post Office Complaint Department and Said the whole story and in return, they said that our responsibility is to deliver your parcel from point A to point B. Anything that happens or gets stolen is not your responsibility and said you should insure your parcel because the item that got stolen was costing 1.02 Lakhs. The Ma'am to whom, I approach and said all thing blamed us that you should insure your package. That means Indian Post Employees It self saying don't trust Indian Post because they already knew such things are going to happen with the customer. That lady said, " Sir Abhi Kuch Nahi ho Sakta, parcel ke under ka item to chori hogaya" and I was so Hopeless.
