I have booked a speed post for some sketch, from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Greater Noida, UP. Booked on 23rd August, 2023 and It was supposed to deliver at Knowledge Park 1 SO and then to the location, after a delay it did reached Knowledge park 1 SO on 26th of August, 2023, I thought It will deliver today or tomorrow considering today (on 27th August, 2023) is SUNDAY! When I tracked my parcel it shows it's received and dispatched from DELHI Rs TMO! Why is it going away from the delivery location? Knowledge Park 1 SO was the last location before reaching to my mentioned address! Why it's going back to delhi when Knowledge park 1 SO and delivery address is just 30 minutes distance! Are they returning the parcel? because they didn't contacted the person that they are delivering nor they mentioned parcel is going to deliver today! Is this some sort of error? This parcel needs to be deliver urgently that's why I opt for Speed Post but it looks like they are just transferring parcel from here to there even after reaching to the delivery location!
