India Post — Parcel not delivered to my address, nor any updates since the last 3 days although it has reached near to my location

599 B, Sector 2, Dhurwa, Ranchi-4, Jharkhand pin code: 834004

A registered parcel was posted from Sadar Bazar S.O (Nagpur) to Dhurwa SO on 8th September 2021. Since 11th September 6:00 a.m. my parcel is shown as "Dispatched" from MA Ranchi RMS TMO. I tried calling their number available on google, it answered this number is not receiving any calls. It's been 2 days, if the dispatch would actually be delivered I'd be grateful. My delivery address is Ranchi only, so it shouldn't take days to reach it.
