India Post — Parcel not yet delivered giving a false reason as insufficient address and redirected to another address which is incorrect

I had sent rakhi from Gurgaon HO via speed post to Balasore HO (Pincode: 756001). It got redirected to another S.O and subsequently to some B.O citing insufficient address although the address was correct. The recipient was never contacted by any postman. The parcel is roaming around different branch offices. Also, the actual delivery pincode was 756001 but in the tracking site it showed 756003 after 2 days of the booking. I'd like to get the parcel sent to Balasore HO immediately and request the postmaster at Balasore HO to call the recipient and handover them the parcel soon. This is too much hassle. The consignment number is EH[protected]IN.
I also registered a complaint on its official website, tried calling the toll free number but to no avail. The complaint number is [protected] on India Post website.
