I have an complain for post office & post man. My parcel dispatch from (231304) Chunar SO to (122413) Bhorakaln & tracking ID is EU[protected]IN. Today I have connect with customer care but cant get any help. Customer care executive not share any contact details or location. He said that if you want know that about parcel then visit post office.
I have check online status showing its return. Without any information or without visit by post man at given address. Already contact details on parcel cover. After that help to google map visit at post office and received parcel. In this parcel was very important document which was for limited time. If its returned it will be expired. So next time cant take risk with Indian post office.
