Hi my parcel, booked from UK on 16th March 2022 is stuck at Delhi International Mail Center. It was booked for Prayagraj, UP but according to the tracking status on India Post website, the package hit Prayagaraj RMS on 28th March and went back to Delhi International Mail Center. The source country and the destination country on the tracking website shows as Sweden. When it had reached Prayagraj, there was no call or intimation from the postal department. I spoke to the India Post customer care executive, she asked me to raise a complaint but on entering the parcel number it did not let me go ahead with registering the complaint. I was asked to make a call on [protected], which is again the same customer care number I had earlier spoken on. Please let me know the status of my parcel and release it asap.
