India Post — Parcel stuck in Kolkata RMS Mails TMO and no update after that

I have booked an percel from MSRIT po, Bengaluru with consignment no CK... IN
On 04/08/2021 and it supposed to reach the destination by 11/08/2021. But NO UPDATE since 10/08/2021 after reaching kolkata RMS Mail TMO.
I need to know where is my percel, it is vv urgent 🆘. Please provide details.
