[Resolved]  India Post — Post Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located

My speed post, Article No: ET[protected]IN (Inland Speed Post), the delivery was attempted but has not been delivered and shows the status "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" even when the complete and correct address is provided. The contact details of the recipient are also correctly mentioned however no contact was attempted.
The post contains important documents and for 2 days it went out for delivery but it was not delivered.
Could you please look into the issue and help me receive my parcel.
