India Post — Product stuck with India Post since 1 month

My parcel has been stuck with India Post since 20th May. The tracking stopped on 18th June somewhere in Ghaziabad. When contacted customer care of India Post, they provided wrong no of the Ghazibad Post Office and said they don't have any other contact no. 1 month has passed. Should I wait for 2-3 more months to get the product delivered?
