India Post — Regarding my parcel article no.EI[protected]IN and complaint no [protected]

On 7/4/2022 I booked a parcel from Raisen (464551) to Deoria whose article no is 41298129IN.when the parcel is not delivered, then I registered its complaint on the portal whose complaint no. is [protected].it is now almost 2 months. but there is no action has been taken so far
