SIR 16 days ago not deliver where to go please provide UPDATE and URGENTLY deliver my registered parcel, tracking no is CD[protected]IN.

I haven't received my parcel yet and it is very important for me to get my parcel, it has been 3 days since i complaint but no action have taken and there is no information about my parcel, please take strict action and deliver my parcel urgently .
