[Resolved]  India Post — Speed post not reached at destination and online tracking is not updated

I have booked at a speed post the consignment no. ER[protected]IN at Nagaur H.O. dated 31/12/2021. It should be reached To

Rampur Ghat Road,
Paonta Sahib, District- Sirmaur
Himachal Pradesh – 173025
But the consignment is not reached at destination yet. The online tracking is not working and it is last updated on 04/01/2022. The last status is shown as item dispatched from MA Ambala RMS Set 1 at 05:32 dated on 04/01/2022. Please resolve the issue and update the tracking system so that I can know where is my postal presently and when it will reach.
