India Post — Speed post parcel items missing ,boxes emptied.

I am a hostel student and my mom keep's sending me parcels containing food items, this time my parcel was opened certain food articles are missing, one box was smashed open and emtied and it was re-taped to look like original, but the colour of the tapes are different.
