India Post — Staff irresponsibilty abt missing of customer documents & unpleasant reply | |||||
Dear all, This is gayathri. i m residing in kuniamuthur, coimbatore - tamil nadu. i approached kuniamuthur post office to open savings & mis on 06/10/2016 and submitted documents to the staff. they took more than a week time to open savings a/c. and staff lost documents for mis. when i asked the alternative staff, he told the concern person is on training and asked to come aft 4 days. i was mentally upset and asked him that it takes only a day open mis in other branch. His response was very rude and said to approach other branch. customer service was very poor in this branch and they are working dead slow Team, Pls help me in this regard to take action against them, so that customer service will be better in future and pleasant response can be given to them Was this information helpful? | |||||
