Sir, I am Sitikantha Sen, sent an article ( EE[protected]IN) on 05/02/2016 to deliver it to Mucho International, 204, Durasamy Street, Rajib Nagar, channai. But the article was not delivered. Detailed track events shows that on 07/02/2016 at 04.41.16 hrs. item bagged for ICH Agartala. At 06:00:00 on 07/02/2016 bag despatched to NSH Guwahati. After that there is no updated track of the irticle till today i.e.11/02/2016. I wonder what has happened to my article.Kindly help me and do the needful.

Dear sir, i sri p.K.Mukherjee, father of arijit mukherjee, send the passport from sonari post office, 831011, jamshedpur, east singhbhum, jharkhand, on 26.02.2016 by speed post (ej[protected]in) to guwahati, assam, kamrup 781005. Tacking shows on 1.3.2016 at 18;14;13 tmo lgbi transit bag despatched to nsh guwahati. But till know my son not received the same. I think Indian post should work efficiently and make profit and people should trust and use their services.

It is futile to use the service when it is totally unreliable and at some places the packet is lying without anybody's business.

I think the Govt machineries should take serious action against the in efficiency and losses.

Sir, the item AW[protected]IN get stuck at Bengaluru NSH since 13th May 2021. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
