I had placed an online order tracking id gnT97p on 7th April for cake delivery on 11th April between 8 am to 12 pm at Dindigul for my brother in laws engagement as i couldn't personally make it.

However, the receiver gets a call in the afternoon that the delivery might not happen before 12 but can happen before 6 pm which itself was late but since there was no choice we agreed to it and then we get a call around 5 pm that the address is outside delivery area.

I called @ [protected] and spoke to Arindham Choudary who doesn't seem to be concerned about my issue at all and was sounding very ridiculous and when i gave him the option to either get the delivery done or refund the money, he refused to choose both the options and said the delivery will be on hold and i can re route this delivery to any other city within India within a year from now.

I wrote to the customer service and i got the same response from them too and my point is i paid them to do a certain service and if they couldn't do so then they should refund the money. Who are they to decide what should be done with my money. This is utter rubbish. I would be greatful if you can help me get the refund.

I would appreciate if the company can contact me @ [protected]@yahoo.com as i am travelling.

If the delivery area is not serviceable then i should have been told at the time of booking and not fews hours before the delivery. I am the one who placed the order and Tharun is the receiver, therefore its me who decides what needs to be done and not Tharun.

I need a refund of my money as you have not done the task for which i have paid you, therefore you dont tell me what you will be doing with my money. I am telling you that i need my money back, therefore you better refund it to my account, because i dont see any delivery in the near future and honestly i dont trust you guys anymore.

I spoke to one Mr Arindham Choudary @ [protected] to enquire about this order and he was totally irresponsible in answering and doesn't seem to be understanding the customer's sentiments at all.

He says that he received the order only today, but i had placed the order on the 7th of April.

I had placed this order for my brother in laws engagement since i couldn't attend the event personally but its very embarrassing to see that the delivery has not happened. Therefore, i would request you to kindly the refund the money that i have spent for this delivery. It's my money and i paid this for a purpose and if that purpose has not been met then you better refund the money to me and i dont need any voucher as you are no one to decide what you should be doing with my money if you have not done for what you I paid you.
