I have booked a house in noida extension with a well-known builder through a site indiahomes.com. They offered 5.5% of discount on the form as well as extra discount of 1.0% through credit note. For the initial 6 month, it was difficult to use the credit note and redeem the discount. I then, contacted indiahomes and they took another 4 months. Finally, by the time i paid 40% of the amount, the representatives had a word with the builder and resolved the issue and i could use the discount. A little disappointed from the builder, though, indiahomes service gave a relief! Nisha singh
