IndiaMart — Deleting my account

Sir/madam,
I told my account manager to delete my account on jan16 and she said she will contact me soon but she didn’t contact me and also they changed my account manager without my notice. This time I called the new account manager about the problem she then assured me that she will delete my account and stop my scheduled payments 2 weeks before (25.1.2021)but still the account has not been deleted and they have tried to charge me 3 times in the past 1 week. Please delete my account [protected].
