IndiaMart — ecs debited after stop of the services

We had stop the services of the indiamart on october 2019 and stop my ecs payment. But after two months 0n 16th dec, indiamart present ecs on my bank and debit my bank account of rs 3000/-. I have complained against this fraud with customer care they demand 24 to 48 hours to resolve this problem and refund my amount. Yet we have not receive my amount refund so please refund my amount asap.
