This is Regarding Ticket ID: 5909079. It's been one month now, no resolution nor blocked Suppiler yet as promised.
Supplier : “96 H CCTV & Surveillance”

Payment made Rs.23000/- on 1st Oct - 2022.
Came to now Supplier paying around with me on 4th Oct-2022, Tried to raise a complaint. But Indiamart policy says, to wait for 7 working days.
Finally complain raised on 10th Oct, 2022. -- I have shared PO received and Payment receipt and 8 screenshots so far.
On14th Oct, 2022 - Nidhi(indiamart) updated Supplier will refund in 2-3 days.
Conference call between Myself and Supplier and Nidhi(Indiamart) failed - Supplier is not ready to return my amount. Nidhi promised she will be initiating action(which will lead to blocking supplier account) - No need to worry.
On 19th Oct, 2022, sent a follow e-mail to Nidhi.
On 21st Oct, 2022, Nidhi asked to reach Supplier, as he/she wants to talk to me.
On 22nd Oct, 2022, Supplier whatsapps me saying "Sir Maine jon chod di he so ab ap Hemant Sir sehi bat karlena". - from company contact number as per PO & Indiamart confirmed number.
On 25th Oct, 2022, shared all the screenshots for above and requested an action on Supplier to Nidhi(indiamart).
On 28th Oct, 2022, I sent an follow-up e-mail to Nidhi(Indiamart).
On 28th Oct, 2022, Nidhi(Indiamart) responded "Already suspended the services of seller ".
on 31st Oct, 2022, i shared the screenshot from INDIAMART, I still see Supplier activities on Indiamart site. - send one more e-mail.
May I know, when will i get my refund amount Rs.23000/-. Hope indiamart can understand the customer(Normal man) hard-earned money.
