IndiaMart — IndiaMart - seller account blocked

Good Morning!
This is NS Naidu, a seller of IndiaMart, Adithya Machines & Equipments, Coimbatore.

We had a dispute with one of our buyer. Based on the the buyers complaint, IndiaMart has blocked our listing. However, now the dispute has been solve between the buyer & seller. And the the customer has requested IndiaMart to close the complaint as the dispute is settled.

Even after several request mails & phone calls from customer & seller to the IndiaMart,
Customer Care staff are just sending the ticket number.. Not resolving the issue. They says it will be taken care by back end team/legal team.

And, the legal team says, they can't close the complaint & unblock Adithya Machines & Equipments Listing, even after several mails & calls from the buyer himself.

We have been IndiaMart paid member for over 4 years, served 100s of IndiaMart customers. Just because of one customer's dispute, blocking our account is unfair, even after the dispute is resolved between buyer & us, and complaint is withdrawn by the buyer.

We would like to have a long time relationship with IndiaMart and would like to upgrade our subscription plans too..

I kindly request you to unblock our account & enable us list our products in IndiaMart.
