IndiaMart — IndiaMART Web Services (NewMDC) cancellation

I had purchased the above plan Date: 16-Feb-2022 and Inv. No.: [protected] for listing on their website. I could have done online from their website but the sales person called immediately and said will visit home and give knowledge and then you can make payment which was pure gimmick. Now when i am not interested with this pathetic service of theirs and wanted to cancel the service. I raised the service request and sent them mail. after 2 days they called and mentioned that they cannot cancel for 6 months and i have to make payment for 6 months which is nowhere mentioned. Hence requesting to cancel the subscription and provide me NOC or acknowledgement of the same ASAP.
