IndiaMart — monthly subscription plan | |||
I joined indiamart with monthly subscription of rs 3000.in december 2018, i called their customer care requesting to stop my services since i started my job again and indiamart services were no longer required. The representative said that the services will stop in january 2019 and i will not be charged. But the amount got deducted on 25th january. I immediately called the customer care again and found that my representative has been changed. The representative said that the mobey cannot be refunded but the services will stop and i won't be charged in february. To my despair, i was charged again on 25th feb 2019. When i called the representative, she said that she did the process to stop my services but somehow it didn't work. When i asked for refund, she said that i will get the money refunded by end of next month march 2019. The refund didn't get processed. Now she is saying that the money can't be refunded and all i am getting is fake commitments. She even said that her manager will talk to me but i am waiting for that conversation since 4 days and everytime she says that her manager will call me.
