Even after sending below mail to Indiamart. Their Person are not listening the problems

Dear Sir/Mam,

From the very first day we are cheated by indiamart.

Firstly your sales Person Mr. Nitin live this account without telling us and not even added product by him or design team still they live the account

When we add our product their no inquiries related to our product. All buyleads are fake. We are in shock that There is no Local or State enquiry against our product even after all our product used in each and every industry.

1) All the leads coming here are fake and not even a single lead gets converted.

2) Sales team got me registered saying that we can cancel anytime but they have 6 months locking.

3) According to India, if you take Annual plan then you will get 60 leads from which your business will grow but all these leads are fake

4) India gives us an account manager, if we have any problem, then we solve the problem by talking to them. But here after calling manager, they force to upgrade the account.

5) Will call you again and again to register the account, after that you will not even get a call.

6) Every single lead of Indiamart is Fake

We request Indiamart to Refund our Whole amount that we paid to them.
