IndiaMart — no customer protection if something goes wrong!! | |||||
I purchased goods through an indiamart ‘verified seller’ and the supplier ‘jagadamba glass beads’ and after pay, ent was made the seller kept telling me that the goods were on their way but i never received anything, this was over a 6 month period!? I contacted indiamart for assistance so they tried to contact the seller but received no reply and as such offered ‘legal action’ against the seller to have this problem resolved which i thought was fantastic at the time!! The ‘legal action’ consisted of another letter asking the seller to respond and have this problem sorted out but they also received no reply and as such that’s the extent of the offered legal action, pretty poor if you ask me!! I have no chance of a refund and will never deal through indiamart again!! If you are ‘happy’ to take the chance of losing your money and never receiving anything you paid for then go ahead but i suggest that you give indiamart a miss!! They are nothing more than a ‘paper tiger’ and offer very little to no help when one of their ‘verified sellers’ steals your money and runs!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
