IndiaMart — unfair / fraud policy & service | |||
To Whosoever it may concern I wanted to start online services on indiamart, to sell products. I opted for monthly mode of service and payment. A miscommunication occurred at the time of verification, and indiamart team said that i don't know the complete process, so they're cancelling my services. My complaint is that, both executives who came from indiamart, didn't explained me each and every part of service. And because of their poor handling, my services got cancelled. I can't re-apply before 6 months, according to indiamart. When fault is from the company's executives, then why customer should bear the loss? I strongly declines their poor policy and is going to file a legal complaint against the indiamart. Company accepts that the fault is from their executives end, still i'm bearing the loss of services and time because of them.
