[Resolved] Indian Bank — Money has been deducted twice but transaction was successful only once | |||||
Money was deducted twice but transaction was successful only once and goibibo is claiming it's Indian Bank's fault and Indian Bank is claiming it's goibibo's fault.I booked a flight and the first time it didn't get book but money was deducted. Now Indian Bank is stating money has been deducted and taken by the agent whereas goibibo is stating it has been dropped. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 27, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The company made a call regarding this and full amount was refunded. Thanks a lot. And I got my full payment back. In the end this is a nice place where people can complain about something. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
