Sir, I'm Kagitha Ballaiah with account no:[protected] Indian Bank, Majeru, Krishna DT. I've took loan in Indian Bank of Majeru by keeping my land documents/passbook of 2.40 acres as security. I've submitted the documents/Passbook to the bank when I took the loan. Now I've paid the full loan amount with out any due to the bank. And requested the branch manager for my land documents/Passbook. The way the response I got is very bad and they bank team is saying that they have lost the land documents that I've submitted as security. THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED IN BANK ARE NOT TRACED AND ARE FOUND TO BE MISSING AS STATED BY THE BANK OFFICIALS. In addition to that the branch manger is saying that, he is not responsible for this. Till now I've complained to you so many times and till now, no one reacted on this. Could you please take this as priority and revert on this? Please find the enclosed documents.
