Indian Oil Corporation — EDC machine not in order

Hi, I had very bitter experience today while filling up my scooter for Rs 300 at M/s prodduturi services, habsiguda, Hyderabad. Since edc machine not in order they are unable to redeem my rewards on Citibank card. However I had informed them to make the payment in 15 mins since I stay near by this bunk. But sales person behaved very rudely and threatened me to keep my vehicle as security for Rs 300 till I pay . I never anticipated this from reputed organisation like IOC. Request to intervene and at least ensure not to repeat this for IOC customers. Regards Ram Reddy [protected]
