Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Fraudulent Bill (forgery signature of customer and faulty meter) | |||
Hello, my name is E.Ravi. On 7/06/2020 I have filled petrol worth 1000 rs. After I signed the cash bill, the delear changed the 1000 to 1800 with ink and charged extra money from me. Later I again asked for 1500 worth Petrol he said that signature is not required but he forged my signature on that bill and he aslo generated a new bill of 1000rs and forged my signature on that which is ridiculous. I was shocked by their actions and when I'm asked them about the issue in reverse they attacked me with wilthy words and when I asked about CCTV footage they said there is no CCTV at the bunk. They literally charged 1800 extra from me which is disgusting.And even their meter is faulty . Never ever thought I would face such humiliating issue with Indian oil. Please train your delears properly .They are the most filthy people I have ever seen. The petrol bunk is at ( Thiruvuru Road, THOTAMULA, Gampalagudem, Krishna District, Andhrapradesh)The cell number of the bunk is [protected], [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
