I'm the one of family at Indian Oil Corp.
When i receive the cylinder delivery boy always asking 60₹ extra I'm paid full amount online if I'm not give the extra amount delivery boy Mr.Amulraj [protected] fight with me infront of street i raised about this issues Ganapathy vel agency Mrs.Devi [protected] She didn't not given proper response then i raised complaint Indian oil one applicatin about this issue Next day manager make the call me he said to me what is your qualification, what is your age, do you know me, I'm the next CM, Agency manager said this type of word i said my issues the manager not listen my issues then i get cylinder 11/ September/2020 Same Delivery boy Amulraj came Again he asking 60₹rs extra i clearly said him i paid full amount online why should i give extra amount the boy said to me if your not give the extra amount your not get cylinder onwards next month whatever you can do then I again Raised complaint Mrs.Devi she didn't give proper response then i order the cylinder 27/11/2020 after wait 17 days i didn't get the cylinder then i make the call agency Mrs.Devi said to me YOUR NOT ELIGIBLE TO GET THE CYLINDER WE NOT PROVIDE THE CYLINDER TO YOUR HOME Then i given request from Indian oil One application i get the cylinder 14/12/2020 Then 23/12/2020 i directly go to Ganapathy Vel indian Gas agency i meet the manager told him all issues he don't here my words he said we are not give the cylinder to you I'm asked him my home opposite street, and my near street, next steer and my area many people's are Your agency they will get cylinder every month property Then why your not provide the cylinder to me he said like you can first change the Agency The Gas manager has asked me the below questions for getting bribe .
1.)You are getting license from RTO Office by providing bribe ... why can't u provide bribe here?
2.)You are giving tips to the hotel server why can't u provide the amount here???
3.) U are providing for the daily scavengers why can't u give here???
4.) U are enrolling the document in Registrar office by paying bribe...why can't u provide here?
Even the agency manager has used unparliamentary words infront of his office colleagues which made me feel low ..he said our agency is not providing cylinder to ur area but more than 40 peoples are and many getting cylinder from him agency .the only reason he has cancelled my account is am not providing bribe and extra fare amount ...the gas agency is poor towards customer and the delivery boys are even more worst than them.kindly take actions against them i can't say anything to him i came return came home decently suddenly i Got message from agency side Your account Termination of your LPG, They changed agency without my permission Is this how u treat ur customer? I have paid my cylinder amount through online why should i provide extrA amount for the cylinder delivery????i have asked the questions to Manager he has asked me the above said questions and Termination, Changed Agency with out my permission Dear sir Need proper investigation and solutions Sir I[censored] can't provide cylinder, y u have started the agency...u are answerable to customer I don't know what to do??am feeling bad and I'm getting very depression last two days and low while the manager shouts at me!! What should i do??? Sir
