Indian Post — Item Missing from the Packet

I had received a airmail parcel No. ETH80290078MY arrived from Malaysia on 20/8/15 through Gurgaon, Sector 45 post office. To my dismay, the item (wrist watch) was missing from the packet and I could see a cut with a blade on top of the sealed envelope, through which the item has been removed. I am yet to receive another packet SYL16416493SJ from Malaysia even though the tracking shows on 24th July, 2015 the item has reached India.
