Indian Post Office — Not send speed post on time

We submit guest teacher form by speed post i:e on 11-july-2015, no-EV[protected]IN & EV[protected]IN in Ramnagar branch ( uttrakhand ) last date of the form was 15 or 16 july but we shocked when we get our parcel back due to late submitted .now every one blame each others Without form we are not eligible for examination, now what we will do [protected]

Pleasedo note that wetry to send max Speed Post Bags by Air.Also its not possible for us to bag each & every article into a separate bag.So normallly 50-300 articles are sentinto a bag depending upon the size, weight & volume of the parcel.Sometimes loose parcels weighing less than 200 gms are also sent alongwith letters & Mails.Now airline authorities have strict regulating guidelines & they examine each & every bag severely through X Ray scanners & often detain/unload the bags if they find anything which may cause potential danger to the safety of the aircraft.If not X-Rayed they have cooling period under which Mail bags are accepted 72 hrs prior to deprture which is not operationally feasible for us due to obvious reasons.They are strictly monitored by guidelines laid down by IATA which is beyond our purview. So normally it is seen that 15-20% bags are refusedto be carried by Airlines & thus those bags need to be sent by surface transport which causes delay to the articles.Pleasr refer to our disclaimers policy that in such cases we may not provide time bound services(delivery) to the recipient if any such untowards incidence happens.Thanks for bearing with us.We always try to provide the best of our services.
